01Rex Sartain
Read biography
Rex brings experience in military training and education, business change, school operations and safeguarding. He previously completed ten years as a college governor and also chairs the governing body at Prestfelde School.
02Livia Dasoveanu

Livia is the founder and managing director of Covenant Advisory Group. She has held senior legal roles at international financial institutions and brings particular expertise in governance, transparency, accountability and commercial regulation.
03Dr Farshad Mohammadi
Read biography
Farshad has worked as a teacher, inspector, consultant, deputy headteacher and headteacher in the United Kingdom and the Middle East. He leads iBOS as Executive Principal and CEO, with responsibility for the school’s educational direction and organisational performance.
04Nicola Grey

Nicola brings more than 30 years of international experience in sales, customer service and business management. Her work across property, digital communications and team leadership supports the board’s focus on family experience, growth and responsible communication.
05Faizal Jaumbocus

Faizal has helped lead iBOS since its founding. As Interim Principal, he supports whole-school leadership and the continuing development of curriculum, online teaching, assessment and the wider school community.

George is a senior executive with experience across property, hospitality and financial services. He contributes strategic, financial and operational knowledge developed through international business, consultancy and leadership roles.
07Robert Owen

Robert specialises in educational innovation and industry-to-university collaboration. He created major university programmes for technology companies and has spent more than three decades helping educators use industry-proven computing technologies in practical learning.

Olga is a senior people advisory leader with more than 24 years of experience in professional services. Her expertise covers workforce strategy, organisational transformation, change management, talent and corporate governance.

Derek is a British international school leader with more than 25 years of experience across Europe and Africa. He brings expertise in school improvement, safeguarding, inspection, accreditation, quality assurance and digital learning.
10Dr Gulzar Singh

Gulzar is a senior international banking and governance leader with more than 30 years of executive experience. He contributes expertise in institutional risk, regulatory accountability, digital transformation and trusted technology-enabled systems.
11Iryna Fishchuk

12Alexander Olsen

Alexander is a training solutions architect with postgraduate qualifications in education and maritime studies.
